Apply a small amount to your inner arm once a day for at least three consecutive days. Discontinue use and consult a physician if irritation or rash appears. If no reaction occurs, proceed to regular usage. REGULAR USAGE: Push pump down twice to dispense a pea size amount onto your fingers.
